Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@ancina.com and include your order number. Our customer support team will provide you with the return instructions.

Returned items must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We offer free exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us by email with your order details.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to complete the transaction.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ancina.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide the next step.

We do not charge any restocking fee.
